However, if such an unusual situation occurs, you should try to handle yourself before the situation becomes serious. Many aspects of life outside of work stress can also increase anxiety, stress and depression. These factors can adversely affect our physical, mental and emotional health. It is possible to change the nervous system through proper diet and lifestyle changes.
Indian nutritionist Marina Wright says the effects of diet and nutrition on the nervous system and stress should not be overlooked. He said to take some more special steps in this case, which will help to eliminate these mental problems-
1. The diet should have a balance of meat, fiber, carbohydrates and fats. It can control blood sugar levels in the body. Fluctuations in sugar levels affect mood.
2. Probiotic and prebiotic foods play a role in gut health. These ingredients help build the microbiome in the digestive tract. It also helps regulate the nervous system.
3. Nutrients like choline, vitamin B12, omega-3 fatty acids, probiotics and polyphenols help regulate the body’s vagus nerve.
4. Any pain or discomfort in the gut can directly affect the nervous system. Dietary habits are therefore so influential in determining health. Eating a varied and balanced diet can help reduce intestinal inflammation.
5. Digestion also depends a lot on chewing and swallowing food. Therefore, food should be swallowed slowly, savoring each bite. These activities contribute to mindful eating.
