Mandira Chakraborty’s debut film, “Kajol Rekha,” released during last Ramadan, was directed by Gias Uddin Selim. Mandira’s performance in the title role garnered significant praise from audiences and critics alike.
Mandira recently attended the Dhallywood Awards in America, where she was honored as the Best Actress in the popular category for her role in “Kajol Rekha.” This award marks her first major accolade for her acting.
Expressing her gratitude from America, Mandira said, “The love and feedback I received for my performance in ‘Kajol Rekha’ have been overwhelming. This award is dedicated to my audience, whose support has been my greatest strength.”
Mandira plans to return to her country before her August birthday after participating in two more events in America. She has recently completed filming “Neel Chakra” opposite Arifin Shuvo and is optimistic about the project due to its challenging role. Additionally, Mandira hinted at an upcoming international film, promising to share details once finalized.
